The Ticket Office is open for all queries, including the Public Ballot. Normal opening hours for the Ticket Office are Monday to Friday from 09.00 - 17.00 (excl. Bank Holidays).

Christmas/New Year arrangements: The Ticket Office will be closed from 24 December 2009 to 3 January 2010 inclusive.
