The new No.1 Court (capacity of 11,429) was opened in 1997 to replace the
old No.1 Court which used to be adjacent to Centre Court. The No.1 Court
complex contains many public facilities including Food Village, Wimbledon Shop,
Wingfield Restaurant, and Hospitality Suites. No.1
